Penal code

In reference to articles of the new [French] penal code:
Article 323-1: Fraudulously accessing or using one part or all of the electronic database is punishable by a year of imprisonment and a fine of Euros 15,000. Whether it results from the suppression or modification of system´s database, or from damaging the functioning of the system, the penalty is two years of imprisonment and a fine of Euros 30,000.
Article 323-2: Impeding, falsifying or interfering the functioning of the electronic database is punishable by three years of imprisonment and a fine of Euros 45,000.
Article 323-3: Falsely adding, deleting or editing the information in the database is punishable by three years of imprisonment and a fine of Euros 45,000.
Article 323-4: Participating in a group or individual attempt at any or several of these outlawed activities in articles 323-1 to 323-3 is severly punished by the penalty of each of the committed crime of the penalty for the most serious crime.
Article 323-5: Individuals physically culpable of these crimes also risk the following complementary punishments:
1 - Suspension of civic, civil and family rights for five years, following article 131-26,
2 - Prohibition, for five years, of holding a public or government office or exercising professional or social activities in the same sector or manner that the initial crime was committed,
3 - Confiscation of the object that was used or destined to be used to commit the crime, or of the object that was produced, with the exception of objects liable to be returned,
4 - The closure for a duration of five years or more, of the establishment(s) used to commit the crimes,
5 - Exclusion, for five years or more, from government markets and exchange,
6 - Prohibition, for five years or more, to issue cheques other than certified cheques or those which allow direct withdrawal of the account holder´s funds by certified rerecipients,
7 - Displaying or broadcasting the decision pronounced in the conditions prewarned by article 131-35.
Article 323-6: Legal entities and associations can also be considered criminally responsible, in the conditions prewarned by article 121-2, of the crimes and infractions defined in the present chapter.
Article 323-7: Attempts at criminal offences prewarned by aticles 323-1 to 323-3 are punishable in the same way.

Piggy-code.co.uk does not guarantee the validity of vouchers added by its members. So if you find any dead code and expired sale news, please contact us. Webmasters may also delete at any time any vouchers they deem invalid or inappropiate without reason or notification. Please leave your opinion on all voucher codes that you have used. These reviews help us to filter out expired vouchers! If you are a merchant and your code has been listed on our website and you would like it to be removed, please contact us.

Members remuneration

Piggy-code.co.uk reserve the right to cancel any user account for adding fraudulent vouchers, discounts or information without reason or notification. Many vouchers validity controls are performed in order to provide a quality of service to our members.
